Domain name

A .com or .in domain registered for you and included for the first year of your package.

Conditions. Subject to availability and to standard registry pricing for common extensions. Premium or resale domains are quoted separately. Ownership is transferred to you on request at any time.

SSL certificate

The padlock in the address bar, set up and renewed automatically for as long as we host you.

Conditions. Provided through Cloudflare’s universal SSL. Extended-validation certificates, if you need one, are quoted separately.

Hosting on a global network

Your site is served from data centres worldwide, so it is fast in Patna and fast in Pune.

Conditions. Included for standard business traffic. Applications with heavy database or compute usage move to a metered plan, quoted in advance — never billed as a surprise.

Business email routing

you@yourdomain.com forwarding to the inbox you already check, set up at handover.

Conditions. Routing and forwarding are included. Full hosted mailboxes with storage are a separately quoted add-on.

Analytics and Search Console

Privacy-friendly traffic analytics and Google Search Console, connected and explained.

Conditions. No cookie banner is required for the analytics we install, because it does not track individuals.

Post-launch support window

A support window after go-live for fixes and small changes, at no extra cost.

Conditions. Covers corrections and minor content edits. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted as fresh work.

General

• Scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins. The price does not change unless you request work outside the agreed scope, which is quoted separately first.
• You own the finished work, the domain and the code. We will transfer control of anything we hold on your behalf, on request, at any time and at no cost.
• Free inclusions apply to the first year of a package. Renewal costs are told to you in advance and are billed at cost with no markup where we pass them through.
• Nothing goes live without your approval.
• Champaran Labs is not GST-registered at present, so no GST is charged on our invoices. This will be stated on every invoice.
