Short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or send us by WhatsApp, email or phone — typically your name, business name, phone number, city and a description of what you need.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics that count visits without tracking individuals, without cookies and without building a profile of you. That is why this site has no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Project records are kept for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support.
Your choices
Write to connect@champaranlabs.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
Third parties
The site is served from Cloudflare’s network, and enquiries may reach us through WhatsApp, Google Workspace or your phone network. Those companies have their own privacy policies covering the data they handle in transit.
